Kids Jiu Jitsu
Three age-based programs — Mighty Pebbles, Rolling Stones, and Iron Boulders — teaching grappling fundamentals, coordination, and confidence in a safe and fun environment.

Mighty Pebbles (Ages 3–5) is focused on developing your young child's grappling skills through drills, games, and technique. It helps break that physical barrier by learning a new life-skill while having fun. The program builds hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, respect, self-defense, and self-awareness. This is an exclusive program limited to 14 students per class — contact us about availability.
Rolling Stones (Ages 6–9) delivers more than just Jiu Jitsu. It teaches basic athletic and grappling movements, hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, respect, self-defense, and self-awareness — all while building confidence in a safe and fun learning environment. Technique focuses on fundamentals and coordination games are played throughout class.
Iron Boulders (Ages 10–14) focuses on building a strong Jiu Jitsu foundation from sweeps, passes, transitions, escapes, and submissions. This challenges coordination, balance, agility, and awareness while having fun in a safe environment. The program builds confidence, discipline, and respect — putting students on a bright path on and off the mats.
